Using Account credit / vouchers
If you've received account credit or ticket vouchers to redeem for a regular season home game, here's how you can redeem them online and email them to whomever will be going to the game.
Login to your igniter tickets account
Login to your Igniter Tickets account by clicking the button below. If you've never set up a password before, you can click the Forgot password? link to set a password and login. Use the email address we used to contact you to provide the ticket vouchers.

Choose your game
Once logged in, click the Shamrocks logo in the top-left corner of the screen to go back to the list of games, and choose the game you want to get tickets for, clicking Find Tickets for that game.

On the game screen, you can either choose which seats you want by clicking the first Find Tickets button under Step 1, or let the system choose the best available seats for you by choosing a quantity of tickets from the dropdowns and then clicking Find Tickets under Step 2.
Either way, when choosing your tickets you must choose Adult - Online as the ticket type or you will not be able to use your account credit / vouchers.
Complete the purchase
Step 1: Follow the steps to complete the purchase. On the checkout screen, you can select "Will Call" to have printed tickets left for someone else to pickup, if you put their name in the "Additional Information" field, or you can choose "E-Ticket" to have tickets emailed to you that you can forward to others.
Step 2: You can update your contact information on this step. Generally you will not change this. (And don't change it to the info for the person receiving the tickets, this is for your account only.)
Step 3: Click "Apply Credits" to use your account credit / vouchers to "pay" for the tickets, then click "Purchase" to finalize the transaction.
Distribute the tickets
You can download a PDF from the confirmation page, or from your account at any time. Or you will receive an email with the tickets attached as a PDF that you can forward on.
Note that tickets can only be used once, so you will need to repeat these steps to issue additional tickets to others.
